Your Gifts are on the Ground in Israel!

Since the Hamas attack on October 7th, The Goodness
Project has been hard at work communicating with our partners in Israel and coordinating efforts to get aid to families in crisis.

Thanks to your support, we have shipped 11 containers of necessary resources to families affected by the attacks. This equates to 440 pallets, the size of 22 fully-loaded 18-wheelers. Already, 120 pallets have arrived, 320 are on the way, and we have more supplies flowing into the warehouse every day.

Right now, our President Bill Fletcher, and Nashville Director, Zak Halverson, are in Israel organizing this massive effort.

We are deepening our partnership with the Mayor of Jerusalem to help provide resources to the 100,000 families who fled the war zones and are displaced in Jerusalem. We are also working with the Joseph Project, One for Israel, and the Fellowship of Israel Related Ministries, which represents over 50 charities in Israel, to build a coalition and work smarter TOGETHER.

We are very thankful to Gateway Church, who sent volunteers to sort the resources at our distribution center in Fort Worth, TX.

So far, your gifts have paved the way for long-term assistance to God’s people:

  • In 2020-22, we shipped 400 pallets of supplies and began forming partnerships with charities on the ground.
  • In 2022, we secured the warehouse and office for The Goodness Project in Israel. We also forged a strategic partnership with the Mayor of Jerusalem, who provides us with data identifying families in crisis.
  • In July 2023, we shipped 200 more pallets to Israel.
  • When the Hamas attack occurred, our resources were in place at our warehouse right outside of Jerusalem and our staff was ready to distribute goods.

In the last few weeks, our partners have given $225,000 to this massive effort. We’ve been told this is going to be a long recovery for families who have been displaced and terrorized by these attacks. It’s important that we get as many resources there to last for a long recovery.

Our goal is to bring in another $100,000 by the end of the year.  Would you prayerfully consider a year-end gift to help us continue providing resources to Israel?

We cannot do what we do without faithful partners like you!

Please pray for Bill and Zak as they help hundreds of families on the ground.
