Christmas is almost here!
This is one of our favorite times of the year, even though working at The Goodness Project (TGP) feels like Christmas every day! Where else can you work that allows you to provide gifts for people in need on a daily basis? It’s a joy to be able to serve so many churches and nonprofits for their outreach events, helping them supply the needs of the people they serve.
In the midst of change all around us during this 2020 Christmas season, we’re thankful God doesn’t change. His nature is always good and HE loves giving good gifts.
God has blessed us with so many resources, of which, the most valuable are people. The Goodness Project could not have met all the needs presented by 2020 without the generous and constant support many of you have provided. We’re thankful for all who’ve joined us in this mission to bring God’s goodness to the world through practical, tangible help, so people can find relief, recover what’s been lost, and restore their lives. Your prayers have held our arms up when we’ve been weak. For all of you who’ve given sacrificially of your time, talents, and treasure… know that Your gifts are bearing fruit around the world and together, we are transforming cities for HIs glory!
We pray God’s blessings over your lives this Christmas and in the coming New Year! May you experience the gift of our Savior –the perfect gift– who shines brilliantly in darkness and brings peace to your heart.

THANKSGIVING EVENT WITH GATEWAY CHURCH
On November 21st, TGP helped Gateway Church with a Thanksgiving outreach to serve over 300 families equating to over 1100 people. All of this is thanks to your generous support and volunteer work!

Nashville, TN
BLANKETS, CHICKENS & TURKEYS
The Goodness Project (TGP) supported Soul Revival, one of their Organizational Partners in Dallas to distribute frozen chickens and supplies to help feed families in the Nashville area.
TGP Nashville location also connected with an organization and was able to provide resources to them, enabling them to give out blankets to the homeless… plus meals! Pastor John Finn & JCALA Homeless Comfort Services of the Faith, Hope & Love Fellowship were able to feed 450 homeless people for thanksgiving! Stay tuned for the report on their Christmas Feeding!

GIVING TO OUR MILITARY OVERSEAS
The Goodness Project of WNY continues to partner and support our troops overseas. On December 4th, Audrey Hamernik from Lord of Life Church received 16 boxes of food and snacks, donated by TGP, that will be sent overseas in time for Christmas!
The troops so appreciate receiving these goodies, and a little piece of home. Audrey works tirelessly to ensure that those that serve, protect, and keep us all safe are not forgotten.

REFRESHING SINGLE MOMS
For the third year in a row, The Goodness Project (TGP) partnered with Braeside Camp to put on an incredible one-day, socially-distanced event for single moms. Moms were blessed to shop at the TGP store for FREE! All received winter coats, clothing and Christmas presents for themselves and their children.
Throughout Covid-19, single moms have had to struggle on a greater level with little and often no support. The Spiritual Refreshing they received during the services with Sherry Stahl; TGP Copywriter was just what these moms needed to fill up their well!

BALLOON BOMBS AND COPING GIFTS
Children growing up in the region of Eshkol are growing up with the constant threat of Palestinian terror strikes. Often in the form of balloons bombs dropping from the sky. It’s hard to imagine this effort to attract small children. Living in the shadow of trauma, Holocaust survivors know the fears these children live with. Your compassion and generosity is providing toys to reach across the generations, to bring healing and hope.
