Reflecting on God’s Goodness
“My mouth will speak in praise of the LORD. Let every creature praise his holy name for ever and ever”
Psalm 145:21
In Psalm 145 David calls us to reflect on the goodness of our God. He encourages us to praise and thank God for his greatness, compassion, and faithfulness to us. In the words of an old hymn, we are urged, “Count your blessings, name them one by one.”
Take some time to reflect on every part of this psalm. Look back on the last six months, year, or several years and trace the hand of God who provides you with everything you need. No matter what, God never leaves us. Most important, he gave us the greatest gift imaginable, the gift of his only Son, the Lord Jesus.
We have much to be thankful for as the Lord has continued to fill our storehouses in our various locations. We hope you will be encouraged as you read the following stories of favor and provision. We couldn’t do what we do without faithful supporters like you!
